• Indication switches - To provide remote indication of lock status, one or two switches may be supplied, depending upon circuit requirements. Specify switch options by letter:
  "A" Switch - An internal switch to indicate that the latchbolt is deadlocked.
  "C" Switch - A switch installed behind the strike to indicate that the latchbolt is extended into the strike.

Note: When a door is open, the deadlock actuator and/or "C" switch may be manually depressed, giving a false indication that the door is closed and locked. To eliminate this false indication, a door position switch should be installed and wired in series with the indication switches. Then, a secure indication can be produced only after three conditions have been met:
1) the indication switch button is depressed;
2) the lockbolt is extended;
3) the door is closed.

• Fits ANSI door preparation - Standardized installation in hollow metal doors modified to accommodate lock body thickness of 1-1/8". (ANSI A156.13, Grade 1)
• Door thickness - Doors must be 1-3/4" to 2-1/2" thick.

LeverTrak Handle Guide Sets

CYLINDER DATA:
Maxi-Mogul Key Cylinders-
D9300 Series Mortise Locks are provided with Maxi-Mogul key Cylinders, six pin tumbler.
Keys are sold separately, and registered at the factory.
Cylinder collar- An adjustable cylinder collar will be provided to suit the cylinder length and door thickness when both locks and cylinders are ordered. If not specified, rings will be for 1-3/4" thick doors.

Keys must be ordered separately.

Trim/cylinder accessories- The following trim items will be provided per the lock function specified.

LCK (Limited Control Key)-

Modification for Models D9336, D9365, D9366, D9367.Factory provided cylinder is modified to allow change key a limited rotation to retract the latchbolt. Master key is unlimited and will operate both latch and deadbolt.

Thumbturn and escutcheon-

Furnished with Models D9304, D9313, D9317, D9320, D9321, D9364 and D9367.

Thumbturn furnished with Model D9319.

Supplied with Torx tamper-resistant No. 6 x 3/8" screws.

STRIKES:

D9300 Series Locks are supplies with a curved lip strike having a 1-1/4" lip length for use with doors 1-3/4" to 2" thick. Buffed stainless steel finish only.
Strike with indication switch- For electric monitoring.
Strike box - Wrought steel, zinc plated, reversible for installation with flat or curved-lip strike.
Special lip lengths - Strikes are installed on the same vertical centerline as the lock. 1-1/4" lip length is standard. 1-1/2" lip length is optional for doors from 2-1/8" to 2-1/2" thick.
